50 wt Cotton

Available in 270 colours, Makò Cotton 50wt is characterised by a particularly fine gauge, ideal for creating very precise and smooth stitching for creating countless hand and machine processes.

Thanks to its special strength it is also used as “bobbin” thread.

The 50wt is mostly used to make "hemstitch" on Singer 119 and Cornely machines for the whole sewing, both with knotted stitch and with chain stitch.

The highest performing needle for this thread weight is 70/75.
